* Male, Max. age 27, Good attitude & personality
* Experience as Demi Chef ( min. 1 year ) and have good kitchen skills and knowledge,in Fine Dining or French cuisine will be appreciated
* A plus responsibility to the section
* Manage all the Commis and make sure the chef standard is followed up in proper way
* Support the Sous Chef in daily operation
* Good health condition
* Can communicate in English
* Hotel school / academy graduate
